Your voucher is valid for two years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any of our services within this period. Extensions or cash payments are not possible.
Our racing vouchers are not personalised, meaning that they are issued without an individual name or personal details. The name of the voucher recipient can always be noted individually. This gives you the flexibility to give it as a gift or use it yourself for maximum racing fun at the Nürburgring.
You can redeem your voucher for all of our services – for example, for car rental for our tourist tours, our race taxi as part of the NLS or for race car rental for a track day. Cash payment is not possible.
You can easily view available dates and book directly via our online appointment booking system.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible so that other racing fans have the opportunity to book their racing experience with us. If a track day or event is cancelled or interrupted by the organiser, you will be refunded the full amount in the form of a voucher valid for 24 months or your booking will be rebooked.
In the event of cancellation of the booked event or vehicle, as well as other services, a refund will be made as follows:
a) For cancellations within 14 days of the agreed date, the price will not be refunded.
b) For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before the agreed date, 50% of the price will be refunded. (Track day admission fees and third-party fees are not affected.)
c) For cancellations 30 days or more before the agreed date, 75% of the price will be refunded (track day admission fees and third-party fees are not affected).
There are two ways to receive your voucher:
By email: Immediately after placing your order, we will send the voucher as a PDF attachment to your desired email address. This way, you will have it quickly and digitally at your fingertips.
By post: If you would prefer to receive your voucher in paper form, we will be happy to send it to you by post to an address of your choice. Please note that delivery may take a few days.

Payment for the gift voucher can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
The vouchers can be used either for race taxi rides or for self-driving tourist tours. Our gift vouchers can also be redeemed for track days, but only for vehicle rental. The entry fee for track days cannot be paid with the voucher.
